By accessing and using Savorini ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms of Service, please do not use the Service.
2. Age Requirement
You must be at least 21 years of age to use Savorini. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years old. We reserve the right to verify your age at any time, and your account may be terminated if we determine you do not meet the age requirement.
3. User Accounts
When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account.
You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party and to notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.
4. Deal Redemption
Deals displayed on Savorini are provided by participating venues and are subject to availability and the venue's terms and conditions. Savorini does not guarantee that any deal will be available or honored by the venue.
- Deals must be activated in the app before redemption
- One deal per person per visit unless otherwise stated
- Venues reserve the right to refuse service
- Deals cannot be combined with other offers unless specified
- Valid ID showing you are 21+ is required for alcohol purchases
5. User Conduct
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Violate any local, state, national, or international law
- Post false, inaccurate, misleading, or defamatory content
- Impersonate any person or entity
- Harass, abuse, or harm another person
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
- Use the Service for any commercial purpose without our consent
6. Reviews and Content
Users may post reviews, comments, and other content to the Service. By posting content, you grant Savorini a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, and worldwide license to use, modify, and display such content.
We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or that we deem inappropriate, offensive, or harmful.
7. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Savorini and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Savorini makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the Service, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
9. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Savorini, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.
10. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Savorini and its affiliates from any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
12. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
